1. Meetings, Classes & Workshops

$80 per hour
2-hour minimum

  • Bunco, Mahjong, and card clubs

This package includes use of the reserved meeting or workshop space, restrooms, Wi-Fi, and available Smart TVs.

Tables, chairs, party setup, linens, decorations, event signage, game-room access, and complete post-event cleaning are not included unless specifically added to your rental.

2. Classic Party Package

$150 per hour
4-hour minimum

Ideal for:

  • Birthday parties

  • Bridal and baby showers

  • Graduation parties

  • Family gatherings

  • Office parties

  • Anniversary celebrations

Includes:

  • Exclusive access to the entire Genntown Garage (Up to 4000 sq. ft.)

  • Customized layout of main event space

  • Customized layout of game room area (additional 1000 sq. ft.)

  • Bar / kitchenette

  • Outdoor patio area

  • Tables and chairs for up to 75 guests including child tables and chairs.

  • Pool table, foosball, ping-pong, darts, Pop-a-Shot, and Smart TVs

  • Sound system

  • Trash cans and liners

Decorations, linens, table settings, custom signage, and post-event cleaning are not included but can be added separately.

3. Signature Celebration Package

Starting at $1,275 for four hours
Additional time: $150 per hour

Enjoy your celebration without having to decorate the venue yourself. This package includes everything in the Classic Party Package, plus:

  • Event decor in your selected colors or theme

  • Tablecloths for up to 5 round tables (white or black)

  • Coordinating table runners for up to 5 tables (6 people at each table)

  • Crystal vases filled with coordinating flowers and greenery (up to 5 tables)

  • Three crystal candle holders with tea candles for each table (up to 5 tables)

  • Customized welcome signs by the front and back doors on easels

  • Welcome graphic displayed on the venue’s main TV screen

  • Decor installation before your event

  • Decor removal after your event

  • One planning consultation

Balloon arches, floral arrangements, specialty backdrops, elaborate themes, personalized favors, plates and silverware, and post-event cleaning may be added for an additional charge.

Rental Requirements:

Damage deposit: None

Credit card on file: Required for all rentals. Your card will only be charged if damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning is found after your event.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Bundles (10 pieces) of firewood and fire starters: $10.50 each

  • Popcorn machine with five popcorn packets and containers: $65

  • Coffee service - 50 cup coffee percolator setup before event. Includes disposable cups, stirrers, sugar and creamer, clean up afterward: $75

  • Party Barge cooler setup with ice (3 bags): $35

  • Additional ice: $8 per bag (Must be ordered before event)

  • Tablecloths - Includes setup and laundering: $12 per table

  • Table runners: $3 per table

  • Dinnerware, flatware, cups, napkins (Reusable): $5 per guest

  • Dinnerware, flatware, cups, napkins (Premium disposable): $2.50 per guest

  • Custom installed event signage: Starting at $80

  • Installed balloon arch decor: Starting at $250

  • Welcome screen or graphic on TV(s): $35

  • Soft play toddler area: $75

  • Post-event cleaning service: $200 (Remove all personal belongings and leave the rest to us)
