1. Meetings, Classes & Workshops

Available Monday–Thursday

$100 per hour
2-hour minimum

This package includes use of the reserved meeting or workshop space, restrooms, Wi-Fi, and available Smart TVs.

Tables, chairs, party setup, linens, decorations, event signage, game-room access, and post-event cleaning are not included unless specifically added to your rental.

2. Classic Party Package

$150 per hour
4-hour minimum

Ideal for:

  • Birthday parties

  • Bridal and baby showers

  • Graduation parties

  • Family gatherings

  • Office parties

  • Anniversary celebrations

  • Celebrations of life

Includes:

  • Exclusive access to the entire Genntown Garage

  • Customized main event space

  • Customized game room area (additional 1000 sq. ft.)

  • Bar / kitchenette

  • Outdoor patio area

  • Tables and chairs for up to 75 guests including child tables and chairs.

  • Basic table and chair setup

  • Pool table, foosball, ping-pong, darts, Pop-a-Shot, and Smart TVs

  • Sound system

  • Trash cans and liners

Decorations, linens, table settings, custom signage, and post-event cleaning are not included.

3. Signature Celebration Package

Starting at $1,250 for four hours
Additional time: $150 per hour

Enjoy your celebration without having to decorate the venue yourself. This package includes everything in the Classic Party Package, plus:

  • Event décor in your selected colors or theme

  • Tablecloths (white or black)

  • Coordinating table runners

  • Basic table centerpieces or decorative accents

  • Customized welcome signs by the front and back doors

  • Welcome graphic displayed on the venue’s screen(s)

  • Décor installation before your event

  • Décor removal after your event

  • One planning consultation

Balloon arches, floral arrangements, specialty backdrops, elaborate themes, personalized favors, plates and silverware, and post-event cleaning may be added for an additional charge.

Rental Requirements:

Damage deposit: None

Credit card on file: Required for all rentals. Your card will only be charged if damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning is found after your event.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Fire pit, five bundles of firewood and fire starters: $125

  • Popcorn machine with five popcorn packets: $50

  • Party Barge cooler setup with ice: $30

  • Additional ice: $8 per bag

  • Tablecloths: $12 per table

  • Table runners: $3 per table

  • Plates and silverware: $2 per guest, including washing

  • Custom installed event signage: Starting at $150

  • Installed balloon arch décor: Starting at $250
